Nut-Free Smoothie
This nut-free smoothie is much lighter than one I’d typically have for breakfast. Its combo of tropical fruit, healthy fats + sneaky greens makes it a great choice for an afternoon refresher. Feel free to swap out the fruit, protein powder, or liquid for whatever types you have on hand.

Nut-Free Smoothie
RECIPE
Serves: 1
1/2 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 cup frozen zucchini (Not necessary, I just happened to have it. Swap for extra fresh greens or frozen cauliflower rice)
1/2 cup fresh baby spinach, tightly packed
1 scoop Navitas Organics Vanilla + Greens powder (or protein powder of choice)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup milk of choice or coconut water
3 shakes cinnamon
