ok, but DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
ALIVE+WELL Nutrition is in-network with Aetna for clients located in New York state. For all other clients, AWN can:
Accept payments for all Bundles, sessions, and meal plans from FSA accounts, HSA accounts, and wellness stipends from employers if applicable
Provide superbills to clients located in New York state for session costs. Clients are welcome to submit superbills to their insurance carrier for potential reimbursement or allocation towards an out-of-network deductible. Please note that it is not guaranteed that you will receive money back from your insurance plan once you have submitted a superbill.
03: bespoke meal planning
What is it?
Weekly meal plans that fit your unique health goals, caloric needs,
and dietary preferences. Need to lower your cholesterol? Struggle with
lactose intolerance? Diagnosed with osteoporosis? Hate green bell peppers? Anthea
will take it all into account when designing this custom meal plan for you.
You’ll also receive an organized shopping list so your grocery trip is
streamlined.

If you’re a brand new client, you must set up an initial session before purchasing a meal plan so that Anthea can best tailor the plan to your health history and preferences.
